General guidelines to parents/Guardians

The school believes in discipline and firmness. The education minister said that he strongly felt ‘home is the first school’ and ‘parents are the first teacher’. The following outline provides fourteen essential responsibilities that parents must adhere.

  • It will be five days week for all the students of classes Pre-Nursery to K.G , All Saturday will be off for them.
  • Student are to come to school in proper prescribed school uniform .They are to come neatly dressed ,But on Friday they should be in white T-Shirt and Blue Shorts.
  • Students are not allowed to go home during some hours unless in exceptional cases when their Parents/Guardians send a letter or rings up or come to the school.
  • Students are supposed to reach the school at least 5-10 minutes before the morning school bell goes.
  • Students are not allowed to bring valuable articles along with them to school. The school will not responsible for any goods lost.
  • Parents/Guardians of the students are requested to Co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline by that their children’s prepare their lessons well and by taking an active and helpful part in the activities of the school.
  • Parents are expected to sign Progress Report or any other similar notification when so requested.
  • Parents /Guardians are not allowed to meet the class teacher in the classroom .All complaints /requests should be made to the Reception .The Coordinator is also easily accessible to parents on request.
  • Parents can meet the Coordinator between 9:30 am to 2:00 noon daily.
  • Children’s are not sent to school when they have any kind of infection.
  • Home work diary ( Almanac) of children should be checked from time to time and parents are expected to put their signatures in order to acknowledge the remarks ( if any).
  • The daily requirements and Tiffin have to be brought to the school by the students ,No items will be accepted at the school counter or gate afterwards.
  • Every pupil is required to take part in Singing , Physical education classes , games and all the school activities.
  • Parents must attend the Parents –Teacher Meet whenever so notified ,so that teachers too Could apprise them of their ward’s performance in studies.
